About Me

I’m a later-career professional, coming to this work of therapy to help people, in the words of poet Mary Oliver, “live your one precious life” fully. Joyfully. With the knowledge that you are enough.

I identify as queer and transmasculine, which i share as an indicator of safety for those who are gender diverse or questioning their gender.

I am also an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister since 2014. I am comfortable exploring issues of religion and spirituality with those who want it, and leaving it aside entirely for those who do not wish to engage in that manner. I’ve also worked as a hospital chaplain.

In all of these settings, I encounter people who are experiencing the effects of early-life trauma, who want more ease, more hope, more connection with self. This path to becoming a therapist has taught me new paths to healing, to wholeness, to joy. I seek to help you find that in your life as well.

In all of these settings, I bring a social justice spirit, believing fully that our own healing, our communal healing, helps build the world we dream of.
